Although benefitting from a lovely garden to the rear of the property the main family living space does not have a satisfactory view of it, exacerbated by a high window sill.  As such the extension opens the living room out to the garden through full height glazing and provides a link to the refurbished conservatory.

A planning application was submitted to Leeds City Council in July 2017 and the outcome is eagerly awaited by client and architect alike!
