Full planning permission was secured in April 2016 for a speculative five bedroom house on a 1 acre agricultural site within a village ‘washed over’ by the Green Belt at Colton near Tadcaster. Pre-applications concerns raised by the local authority, Selby District Council, were addressed with the full application and the site was eventually sold with the benefit of planning permission significantly increasing its value.

The client specifically requested that the planning drawings be hand drawn, the scheme was designed and drawn by me whilst a director of BBL.
